I reset my password and now I’m getting an error page when trying to pay. What should I do?
Log out of the website, then log back in and try again.
If the issue persists, switch to a different browser and sign in again.
Important: Multiple failed login attempts may temporarily block your access (IP block) for up to 4 hours. After that period, you should be able to access the site normally.
I did not receive the password reset email. What should I do?
Check your spam or junk folder first.
If you still don’t see it, wait a few minutes and try again.
Make sure you are using the email associated with your CAMPhA-USA account. If you don’t remember your login email, contact membership team (membership@campha-usa.org)
I reset my password, but I still can’t log in.
Double-check that you are entering the correct email and updated password.
If needed, reset your password again and try logging in using a different browser or device.
Do I need to reset my password before registering for the convention?
Yes. Since we’ve transitioned to a new website, all members must reset their password before accessing their account and completing registration
Can I register for the convention without logging into my account?
No. You must be logged into your CAMPhA-USA account to access member pricing and complete your registration.
My payment is not going through. What should I check?
Confirm that your billing information is entered correctly.
If the issue continues, try using a different browser or payment method.
Also, ensure you are fully logged into your account before attempting payment.
I’m not sure if my registration went through. How can I confirm?
Check your email for a confirmation message.
You can also log into your account and review your registration status under your profile or event section.
