Dr. Renadin Siagat is an accomplished, versatile professional with more than two decades of combined experience across academia, research, pharmaceuticals, and healthcare. His career spans leadership and frontline roles, including senior medical science liaison, clinical pharmacy specialist, respiratory care practitioner, chemist, educator, humanitarian, entrepreneur, and more.
Dr. Siagat holds a Master’s in Education and a Ph.D. in Medicinal Chemistry from the University of Yaounde I (Cameroon), a Bachelor’s in Respiratory Care from Salisbury University, a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Maryland, and a Tobacco Treatment Specialist Certificate from The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center.
Prior to serving as president of CAMPhA-USA, Dr. Siagat chaired the organization’s Compliance Committee for more than five years. In that role, he helped implement key processes to strengthen CAMPhA-USA’s legal and operational frameworks. He embraces a servant-leadership approach and believes it will further advance the organization’s mission and vision.
Dr. Marie (Mbone) Mballesube brings over two decades of experience in pharmacy practice, leadership, and organizational development. Having served as Secretary General of CAMPhA-USA, she played a pivotal role in strengthening the association’s internal operations, enhancing member engagement, and advancing its mission across the U.S. and Cameroon.
Now stepping into the role of Vice President and Chair of the Convention Planning Committee, Dr. Mballesube is dedicated to expanding CAMPhA-USA’s reach, fostering collaboration among members, and driving initiatives that empower pharmacists to make lasting impacts in their communities.
Beyond pharmacy, she is deeply passionate about mentorship, women’s empowerment, and alumni networks that inspire professional growth and unity.
Dr. Yvonne Fornishi earned her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences in 2014. Since then, she has been dedicated to the field as a Pharmacy Manager and Adjunct Professor at Coppin State University.
Dr. Fornishi has been an active CAMPhA member for many years. Driven by passion and purpose, she is a highly motivated professional seeking to continuously expand her knowledge and impact within the pharmaceutical industry.
Dr. Mireille Kamda graduated from Duquesne University in 2020 with her Doctor of Pharmacy degree and has since been serving as a staff pharmacist at CVS Pharmacy. Before transitioning into pharmacy, she earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from George Mason University and spent ten years working as a registered nurse in medical-surgical care.
Her dual background in nursing and pharmacy gives her a unique perspective on patient care, combining clinical expertise with a deep commitment to improving health outcomes. Dr. Kamda has served as CAMPhA’s financial secretary and now chairs the Finance Committee.
Dr. Bernadette Timungwa serves on the CAMPhA-USA Board of Directors as Financial Secretary. She brings dedication and financial acumen to ensure the organization’s resources are managed with integrity and transparency in support of its mission.
Dr. Carole Abam serves on the CAMPhA-USA Board of Directors as Clinical Liaison and chairs the Education and Professional Development Committee. She is committed to creating meaningful continuing education opportunities and leadership programming for CAMPhA-USA members across the United States.
Dr. Senge Balimba is a Clinical Pharmacist who has honed her experience over the last 19 years in various clinical positions across major healthcare organizations — UnitedHealth Group, Baylor Scott & White Health, Walmart Inc., CVS Caremark Corporation, and Arlington Memorial Hospital. She is currently a Medical Science Liaison with Syneos in Partnership with ViiV Healthcare.
She serves on the CAMPhA-USA Board of Directors as Public Liaison and chairs the Communications Committee, where she oversees member outreach, public engagement, and organizational visibility.
Dr. Adele Chimi-Lakbub is a licensed community pharmacist in the Kansas Metropolitan area and a graduate of the University of Kansas School of Pharmacy. She is certified in Medication Therapy Management, Diabetes Care, and Adult Mental Health First Aid, among others. As a healthcare professional, she coaches pharmacy teams , improves efficiencies and drives performance outcomes.
Dr. Chimi-Lakbub holds membership in organizations such as CAMPhA-USA and KPhA . She is passionate about growth and leadership development.
She is married and is a proud mother of two. In her free time, she enjoys family activities, reading, serving at her local church, and participating in personal growth programs.
Dr. Sylvain Sob is a clinical pharmacist, director and chemist with more than 20 years of global experience spanning research, patient care, and clinical pharmacy operations.Â
Born in Cameroon, he earned a PhD through a joint program between the University of YaoundĂ© I and the Shanghai Institute of Organic Chemistry, specializing in drug discovery with sponsorship from the Third World Academy of Sciences (Italy) and the Chinese Academy of Sciences. He completed postdoctoral research at the Shanghai Institute of Materia Medica in 2010 before moving to the United States to help translate biologically active compounds from bench to bedside and advance population health.Â
Dr. Sob currently serves as Senior Program Director in a psychiatric setting supporting 700+ patients and as a clinical pharmacist in a low-income community clinic in Baltimore City.Â
He joined CAMPhA-USA in 2017 in support of its mission to advance and promote effective medication use. He serves as the CAMPhA-USA DMV Regional Coordinator, Chair of the Pharmacy Practice in Cameroon Committee, and Chair of the planning committee for the 2022 and 2026 CAMPhA-USA Conventions.
Dr. Bertin Vouffo is a Pharmacy Manager at Walgreens in Amarillo, Texas (since 2022). He joined Walgreens in 2016 as a Staff Pharmacist after earning his Pharm.D. from the Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center School of Pharmacy. He brings extensive community-pharmacy experience and a patient-centered approach to medication management, safety, and service delivery.Â
Prior to his pharmacy career, Dr. Vouffo worked as a chemist and educator in Cameroon. He holds a Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry (natural products) from the University of YaoundĂ© 1, along with a master’s degree in science education, and taught physics and chemistry at the secondary level. He is engaged in Cameroonian community initiatives in the United States and Cameroon, supporting projects that strengthen education, infrastructure, and community health.Â
Dr. Vouffo joined CAMPhA-USA in 2018 and currently chairs the Compliance Committee, overseeing compliance with nonprofit regulatory requirements and adherence to internal policies and bylaws.
Dr. Julius Agwe is a dedicated pharmacist and healthcare professional committed to advancing patient care, professional development, and community engagement. He brings a strong service-oriented approach to pharmacy practice and supports initiatives that improve access to healthcare resources.
Dr. Agwe is passionate about collaboration, mentorship, and building partnerships that create lasting community impact. His work reflects a commitment to education, leadership, and strengthening opportunities within the pharmacy profession.
As Fundraising / Sponsorship Committee Chair for CAMPhA-USA, Dr. Agwe leads efforts to develop sponsorship opportunities and strategic partnerships that support the organization’s mission and expand its community impact.
Dr. Alain Florian Temgoua is a clinical pharmacist at MedStar Washington Hospital Center, where he supports medication safety, sterile compounding, and central pharmacy operations. He previously served as a Pharmacy Manager with Giant Food for eight years and brings over 15 years of experience across community and hospital pharmacy settings.
Guided by a strong commitment to service, Dr. Temgoua is passionate about strengthening member engagement, expanding organizational reach, and building a collaborative professional community.
As Co-Chair of the Membership Committee, a role he has held for five years, he has led efforts to improve onboarding, enhance member engagement, and support sustainable growth within CAMPhA-USA.
Beyond pharmacy practice, Dr. Temgoua is involved in community outreach and supports development efforts in his home region of Cameroon. He completed his pharmacy training in Perugia, Italy, earning a degree in Chemistry and Pharmaceutical Technologies before beginning his career in Rome and later continuing in the United States.
Dr. Liliane Abongwa is a dedicated pharmacist and healthcare advocate committed to advancing patient care, community engagement, and professional development. She is passionate about promoting awareness, strengthening healthcare initiatives, and supporting efforts that improve outcomes within diverse communities.
Dr. Abongwa believes in the importance of collaboration and service as tools for creating meaningful impact. Her work reflects a commitment to empowering individuals, fostering partnerships, and encouraging growth within the healthcare profession.
As Advocacy Ambassador for CAMPhA-USA, Dr. Abongwa supports initiatives that promote advocacy efforts, strengthen community outreach, and help advance the organization’s mission through engagement and awareness.
Dr. Hubert Sindjui immigrated to the United States over 20 years ago to pursue his dream of becoming a healthcare professional. He earned his Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Notre Dame of Maryland University School of Pharmacy in 2013 and has since built a distinguished career dedicated to improving patient outcomes and community development.

Dr. Sindjui currently serves as a Senior Medical Science Liaison in the pharmaceutical industry, specializing in rare diseases. His career includes five years in community pharmacy and two years as a Clinical Pharmacist serving underprivileged communities—an experience that strengthened his commitment to healthcare equity and patient-centered care.

A dedicated community leader, Dr. Sindjui successfully led the launch of the first regional chapter before serving for four years as National Vice President of the Cameroonian Pharmacists Association, advancing professional excellence and member engagement. He also served as Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the All Cameroonian Cultural and Development Foundation and chaired the Pan African Festival organizing committee for five years, promoting cultural unity and community development.
